Number of persons:
Position of the base:

The base stands behind the flyer and has its hands on the flyers hips. The flyer hold the wrists of the base.

On the sign (a squeeze) of the base, the flyer jumps as high as possible and lands on the chest of the base, as much upright as possible.
The flyer clamps its legs around the torso of the base.

To make the clamping easier, the flyer can cross its legs behind the back of the base. the base moves his hands to the lower belly of the flyer to be able to support the flyer in the next part of the movement. The flyer stretches its hands up.

The base now allows the flyer to fall in front, not too quick. The base controls the speed with its arms and by leaning more or less to the back.

The flyer keeps clamping around the torso of the base; this is the axis. The flyer stretches up and touches the ground with the hands. with which he can reduce speed.

With the help of his hands, the flyer springs back up. The base helps by lifting the lower belly till the initial position. The flyer stretches itself hollow to make ot lighter for the base.

During the movement the base bends a bit the legs and hangs a bit behind to counter the weight of the flyer.

Back in the initial position the base brings its hands again around the hips of the flyer who again takes the wrists of the base.

The base then puts the flyer on the ground.

The movement can be done several times in a row.
